Refund policy.

All sales are final.  Eyeglasses are highly customized by our partnering labs or your vision insurance’s lab at the time of service. Once submitted they cannot be canceled and there is not a refund.  However, if you are experiencing any concerns with your glasses, we will happily do our best to troubleshoot and remake as needed to provide a solution that seems honorable for the situation.
